Sabbath is DNA tested by UC Davis to be homozygous for the black gene.  He is tall, already 15 hands and should mature to 15.1 easily.  He was Reserve Champion Junior Halter Stallion his first time shown.  Sabbath is also proving himself as a sire of Champions -- his first foal, the filly Syren, not only won her class the first time shown but also went Champion!  Regretfully, we do not offer shipped semen for Sabbath at this time.

Sabbath's sire, The Prophecy, only produced 22 registered foals before his untimely death at age 9.  Shortly before his death the Prophecy daughter Black Lite++/ became a National Champion!  She also has numerous Regional, Scottsdale and Class A Championships.  You can view a short Video clip of Sabbath's sire, The Prophecy.

Sabbath's dam, Basks Royal Tessa, is a gorgeous 15 hand black mare that is both substantial yet refined.  Her sire is a son of Bask Knight, a black son of *Bask.  You can view a Photo of Sabbath's dam, Basks Royal Tessa, when she was in foal with Sabbath.

 Sabbath is not only beautiful but is an extremely athletic individual, too.  His temperament is wonderful - he was raised and handled almost exclusively by women.

The photo below is of Sabbath's younger brother "Dutch" who was purchased as a weanling from us by Lori Roush in Georgia.  Thank you to Lori for sharing this cool picture she took of Dutch with us!  This photo taken in June 2007 -- Dutch is now a three year old and I think he bears a striking resemblance to big brother Sabbath.
